Simple & Honest Pricing
We don’t have a one-size-fits-all price sheet because every job is different, and so are your needs. Some projects are quick and simple, while others take more care, time, or effort to do right. Simply send us a few photos and basic access details, or submit our short form for a no-obligation, honest estimate. Once we’re on site, we confirm everything before getting started with upfront, honest pricing. There are never any hidden fees.
We offer custom quotes based on three main factors.
1.
accessibility
Is it easy to reach? We consider stairs, narrow hallways, long driveways, or special access. Hard-to-reach places like basements and attics may require more time & labor. Each project is unique and priced accordingly.
We're happy to make the process as easy as possible for you!
2.
weight
Heavier materials like concrete, wood, or appliances affect cost based on disposal and handling, and some items carry specific disposal fees. For example, mattresses $45 each, couches $25 to $80 each, recliners $15 each.
We sort all items for proper disposal and donation. All fees are factored into our estimate.
3.
volume
Volume refers to how much room your items take up in the truck, whether it’s a single piece or a full cleanout. We use a larger capacity truck than typical junk removal companies, which helps keep the process efficient.
While volume is important, it’s often misrepresented, with some companies overquoting, packing inefficiently, or leaving items behind intentionally or not, which inflates the quoted volume. That’s why we don’t rely on it as our main pricing factor, just one part of building you an honest quote.
