This is a service we’ve spent years refining, and we're proud of it! With over 40+ clean-outs completed for residents, realtors, and businesses that may be moving, downsizing, or simply decluttering, we understand how important this transition is.

Every project starts with an in-depth walkthrough so we clearly understand your goals and can confidently remove only what needs to go, nothing more. From there, we add everything up and provide the most accurate estimate possible before starting, so you know exactly what to expect. If any hidden items come up during the process, we always alert you before touching anything.

We have dumpsters ready to place and remove quickly through our trusted partners, allowing for efficient, organized clean-outs. As an owner-operator business, I, Miles, am always present on the job to make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way, with other trained students ready to work hard.

Most importantly, clean-outs often contain a lot of usable items and involve proper disposal of many different things, so we use a separate truck dedicated to saving items that can be repurposed, reused, or donated to charity, as well as sorting out recycling. We’re licensed with Vermont and as CSWD, so you can trust that everything not reusable is disposed of properly.

These efficient processes allow us to work safely and thoughtfully, often completing large clean-outs within a day. This service is incredibly important to us, as it is to all of our customers.
